Dr. Cem Aydın is a plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgeon who completed his medical education at Kocaeli University and continued his specialization training at Marmara University and Kartal Dr. Lütfi Kırdar City Hospital. Throughout his residency, he gained substantial clinical experience in reconstructive surgery, microsurgery, aesthetic procedures and chronic wound management.
He has presented numerous oral and poster presentations at national and international congresses and has contributed to several peer-reviewed publications. His scientific work mainly focuses on tendon healing, microsurgical anastomosis techniques, diabetic hand and foot infections, and chronic wound care. As of 2025, he has two published clinical studies addressing tendon healing and complications in flexor tendon injuries.
Dr. Aydın practices a patient-centered, evidence-based approach, integrating modern surgical techniques with individualized treatment planning. His primary areas of interest include aesthetic facial surgery, rhinoplasty, body contouring, breast surgery, reconstructive procedures, and advanced wound care.
